Petition of Benjamin Walton praying to be placed on the lists of invalid pensioners - read and informed to the committee on Military Pensions in concurrence.

Petition of Charles Ramsdell. praying for charter to clear the Nickatowas Stream, for the purpose of driving lumber down said stream - read and referred to the Committee on Interion Waters in concurrence.

Petition of William H. Little, Treasurer of Bremen, praying that certain moneys may be refunded to said town - read and referred to the Committee on claims in concurrence.

Resolve of inhabitants of the town of Bethel in reference to the Surplus Revenue - read and referred to the Joint Select Committee on the Surplus Revenue, in concurrence.

Petition of Silas Burton, praying to be remunerated for damage sustained while doing military duty, came up from the House referred to the Committee on Claims. The Senate noneconcur with the House in their reference and refer the same to the Committee on Military Pensions.
