In the Towns and Plantations included in the Eight Senatorial District, or District of Washington, the whole number of votes legally and constitutionally returned is 2186. Necessary to a choice 1044. John C. Talbot has 1127. and is elected.
In the Towns and Plantations included in the Ninth Senatorial District, or District of Penobscot, the whole number of votes legally and constitutionally returned is 12541. Necessary to a choice 3136 Jonathan Burr 3893. Ebenezer Higgins 3878. and are elected.
In the Towns and Plantations, included in the Tenth Senatorial Districts, or District of Somerset, the whole number of votes legally and constitutionally returned is 10642. Necessary to choice 2661. Daniel Steward Jun has 2259.
