On the question of adopting the amendment proposed by Mr. Tobin of Hartford to the Report of the Committee on the Judiciary on the subject of alerting the Constitution of the United States in relation to the election of President and Vice President, "striking out from A to B, and inserting in lieu thereof the words" ask leave to submit the following Resolves SS.
