Bill An Act in favor of Simeon Millinkin was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill An Act to incorporate the Phipsburg Coal Company, was read a 3rd time and laid on the table

Bill An Act additional to an Act for the encouragement of Horticulture Agriculture and Manufactures, was read 1st and 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve requiring the Treasurer to pay the members of the Legislature and distribute the School Fund in Gold and Silver, was read a second time and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
