75. Bill - An act creating the Village of Brunswick into a corporation for certain purposes, came again from the Senate with further amendments as on sheet D and the agreed thereto and ordered the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended.

Petition of Edward Robinson & others of Sebec to be incorporated as a manufacturing Company was referred in concurrence with the Senate to the committee on Manufactures.

Report on the order in relation to Broad Rimmed Wheels in the County of Washington &c that legislation is inexpedient was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - An Act to provide for the sale & distribution of the ministerial and school lands in the Plantation No one County of Oxford, reported on the petitions of Thomas Pickard & others, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for 3d reading

On motion by Mr Hobbs of Eastport Ordered, That the Secretary of State be requested to furnish for the use of the House a copy of the report of the Agent for superintending the construction of the Baring & Houlton Road referred to in the Governors Message. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion by Mr Hubbard of Wiscasset Ordered, That the Committee on Parishes be requested to inquire whether any amendments are necessary in the law relative to Parishes. Sent up for concurrence

On motion by Mr Porter of Augusta Ordered, That the Committee on State lands
