Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be directed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law regulating divorces, so that the wife, who has a notorious drunken, abusive husband may have the liberty without any expense to herself of giving him a Bill divorcement. Sent up for concurrence.
