| − | Ordered | + | Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law for remuneration to individuals for damage by them sustained in consequence of riots or mobs, by the town or city in which the same may occur, by a tax assessed on the Polls of its inhabitants when it cannot be collected of the voters themselves.
