An order came from the Senate referring so much of the Governors Message as relates to the raising of Silkworms for the Manufacture of Silk to Messrs. McIntire, Swift & Robinson with such as the House may join. The House concurred & joined Messrs. Tobin of Hartford, Merry of Edgecomb, Cogswell of Berwick, Cushing of Augusta, Meservy of Appleton, Leighton of Eliot & Hasty of Kilmarnock.
