Resolve for the purchase of additional copies of the revised Statutes, was read once & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 2d reading

Bill - An Act to repeal an additional act respecting the qualifications of votes in town affairs, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Mr Gallison of Harrington has leave of absence from and after Saturday next during the remainder of the session.

Resolve in favor of henry Bickford came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence - and the House recede from their former vote and concurred.

Leave to Withdraw was granted in concurrence with the Senate on the petition of Deliverance Davis.

Bill - to provide for the employment & maintenance of the Poor was read a third time, amended & then indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Eastern Bank, came from the Senate, that body nonconcurring the House in their vote refusing the Bill a passage, and passing the same to be engrossed - The House recede from their former vote, and passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
