Puts his hand under his throat and goes to choking him without any provocation or anything? A. Yes sir Q. What was the patients name? A. Richardson Q. What was the attendants, the man who did it? A. His name was Merchant, Merchant was not an attendant. He was in the kitchen at that time but left a few days afterwards. I took his place in the kitchen
