1111 Q. There were few times when you killed beef which you didn't think was fit to eat and was not eaten? A. No sir, it was not eaten I have been at work in the field the most of the time I have been there. That is my business. Could not tell how many hogs were raised there last year. We kill none but those raised on the place. I butcher all the hogs we have there to butcher. Whether they bring any pork or not I could not tell. That is out of my line of business. Q. Give us some idea of about how many hogs are eaten on the place ? A. 65 or 70 a year. I should say Q. You have a very good piggery haven't you? A, Suits us very well there Q. Pigs are good healthy pigs? A. Yes sir Q. After they are butchered do you know what becomes of them? A. No sir Q. Are they all salted? A.
