Q. [?] to June 2 and read from that. A. May 19th she is in the use of a tonic mixture. She remains very much disturbed in mind. June 2d about the same. June 9th she had hysteric paroxysm yesterday. She would scream. Medicine the same. June 11 she is more quiet today but still appears much confused. She has fits of violence. June 22 she has [crossed out] quiet now. July 14 looks pale and is getting emaciated. July 25 she is having a severe attack of diarrhea; profuse discharges. Have given some oil and tincture of rhubarb. July 26th she had miscarriage this afternoon of a male child, probably 4 or 5 months old. She is doing quite well this evening considering the diarrhea which is quite severe. Have given a stimulant. July 27, she has had but little flowing today. We are giving brandy. Removed to sick room. She is as comfortable and doing as well as can be expected. That covers July 28th also. July 30, she lies in bed quiet. Has had no hemorrhage
