You heard Motherwells testimony that Peabody was ill at one time and it was a fortnight that you didnt see him at all A. He was ill all the time. He had general paralysis. Q. State the facts in regard to that A. He was suffering from general paralysis and occupied that room, a very uncomfortable troublesome patient on account of his uncleanliness. In making my morning rounds I passed through the little corridor which leads from the lower dining room to the outside door, and the door opening into his room is on the left.
