Q. Where do the remainder wash A. They all wash in their bath room every morning. Q. I understand you some had wash basins and some not A. I say some washed under the faucets of running water. Q. They either have to wash under that faucet or else in the tin basin? A. Yes sir Q. And there are some that haven't any basin at all now are there? A. Yes sir Q. How long ago was a towel for bathing allowed to each patient A. I don't remember. They have usually had towels furnished for days of bathing, but not a separate towel for each patient Q. Never have? A. No, sir. I think they do now Q. Only recently A. Within a year perhaps. Q. How many towels should you think to each of those men A. Perhaps one to a patient Q. One towel to a patient in former times, before this A [ ] . no; I should think there might be 2 or 3 large rollers. Q. How many private patients on the womens side A. 6 I think.
