Testimony of Emma F. Smiley, sworn By Mr. Baker. Q. You are one of the attendants also at the hospital A. I am. Q. Have been for how many years A. 2 years or more. Q. Mrs. Butler has been under your charges has she A. She has and is now. Q. You are the other of the 2 attendants of whom Dr. Butler spoke A. Yes. I suppose I am. Q. You are her particular attendant A.
