1112 Testimony of Francis M, Stackpole By Mr. Baker Q. Were you Mr. Googins attendant at one time? A. I was night nurse while he was sick in the sick room Q. Did he have sores on his person then? A. He was some considerable sore, I don't see how it cold be helped very well Q. Do you know what was the cause of them? A. I do not know of any reason only his low state of health and being bed ridden Q. Were you with him all the time he was in the sick room? A. Nights I was Q. How much care did he require and whether he had all the care that was necessary? A. He required a change of clothing as much as 10 to 11 times through the night Q. Were you specially detailed to take care of this particular man? A. Not specially, I had other patients to care for as well as him. Q. Was there anything that needed to be done for him during all that time which was not done? A. I don't see as there was anything that could be done more than what as done
