Testimony of Dr. S. Oakes By Mr. Baker Q have you several times visited the lodge halls and lodge rooms at night to ascertain as to there temperature? A. Not but once, I went then with Mrs. Quimby, sometime in March of last year Q. Did you go without any notice to it's officer? A. Yes sir, Our visit was as late as 11 or 12 o'clock, we started on our rounds about that time. Q, Were you there in the building?
