Gower and others, ---"--- of Richmond Loring and others, praying for an appropriation of Four Thousand Dollars to aid in making the road from H. G. O. Barrows, in the town of Winslow to the foot of Moosehead Lake — severally read and referred to the Committee on State Roads, in concurrence.
