Petition of Elizabeth Becker, praying for a military pension — read and referred to the Committee on Military Pensions. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Petition of Lydia Marwick, praying for an Act to make her heir at law of her late daughter, Mary Abbot, deceased, came up from the House of Representatives referred to a Joint Select Committee, consisting on the part of the House of Messrs. Fox of Portland, Towle of Parsonfield, Knight of Peru, Marden of Palermo and Seaver of South Berwick, which such as the Senate may join. — read and referred and Messrs. Littlefield, Benson and Woodman are joined, in concurrence.
