183. Mr. Staples, from the Committee on Claims, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Sewall Watson - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Soule from the Committee on Parishes, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Samuel M. Pond and others, - and said reports on motion of Mr. Benson, was laid on the table.

Mr. Swift from the Committee on Roads and Bridges, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Nathaniel Dingley and others, and legislation inexpedient on Resolve respecting the reduction of tolls on Vaughan's Bridge, and an order relative to the same; and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of the petition of Nathaniel Carll and recommend the reference of the same to the Committee on the Judiciary. - read and accepted.
