Bill to constitute the Records pf towns, plantations and School District Clerks, evidence for certain purposes (introduced in the House, Bill to incorporate the Naraquaqus Sluiceway Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Interior Waters, on petition of Jeremiah Nichols and others, severally read once and tomorrow eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the East Thomaston Marsh Marble and Lime Rock Quarry Company; -"- to incorporate the Beauchamp Lime and Marble Company, in Camden; -"- to regulate the sale of Oats, severally read the second time and laid upon the table.

Bill to incorporate the Piscataquis State Quarry Company; -"- to incorporate the Frenchman's Bay Granite Company; -"- to incorporate the New York City and Kennebunkport Granite Company; -"- to incorporate the Boston and Augusta Steam Mill Company (amended) severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
