Soule, was laid upon the table and ordered that 300 copies of said abstract be printed for the use of the Legislature.

A communications was received from A R. Nichols. Secretary of the Board Internal Improvements, submitting the "Report of James hall, Esq. on a reconnaissance for a Canal from Moosehead Lake, and a preliminary survey for the improvements of the navigation of Sebasticook river;" also Report on a reconnaissance of Sebasticook River" made by said Hall - and the same, on motion of Mr Benson, was laid upon the table.

The second reading of the Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport parsonage fund, was on motion of Mr Littlefield postponed till Tuesday next at eleven o'clock, forenoon.

Bill to incorporate the Augusta and New York Granite Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Manufactures on petition of Joseph J. Fales and others) Resolve for the purchase and distribution of the Register of Maine (reported in new draft by Mr Greene, from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, to which said Bill had been referred;) -"- repealing a Resolve, passed March 19th
