Bill additional to provide for the Education of Youth; -"- to incorporate the Charleston Academy; Resolve relative to the distribution of the annual School Fund - severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Resolve in favor of Sebattis Neptune; -"- in favor of Silas Burton and the same were severally Finally passed.
The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed. Bill additional to an Act to increase the Salary of the Register of Probate in the County of Penobscot; -"- altering the time of holding the Court of Common Pleas in the County of Kennebec, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
