been committed,) Bill to incorporate the town of Eastbrook (reported by Mr Burr, from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, on petition of Moses Butter 2d and others;) Bill additional establishing salaries for Judges and Registers of Probate (reported by Mr J. Redman from the Select Committee to which was referred the petition of Albert G. Lane;) severally read once and tomorrow at two o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor John Carltand 2d was taken up. The Senate reconsider their vote of the 26th passing said Resolve to be engrossed, nonconcur the House in their proposed amendment and amend the Resolve by striking out the word "Carltand" in the title and wherever it occurs in the Resolve and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Carlton" and pass the same to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Sebattis Neptune, introduced in the House was read twice and passed to be engrossed, as amended by the House, in concurrence.
