Bill altering the times of holding the Courts of Common Pleas in the County of Kennebec was read the second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.

Resolve requiring the Cashiers of Banks to make returns of the warren of Stockholders was read the second time and amend and passed to be engrossed, as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve granting to each of the towns of North port and Islesborough, in the County of Waldo, the their volume of the Laws of Maine; Resolve in favor of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Burr. Ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn till Monday morning eleven o'clock and the Senate accordingly
