Mr Staples from the Committee on claims reported leave to withdraw on petition of Jonah Spaulding and others, and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of the petition of William H. Little Jun and recommend the reference of the same to the Committee on Acounts - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Mr Swift, from the Committee on Roads and Bridges, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Johns Anderson and others, George Warren and others, proprietors of the Back Cove Bridge - severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
