Petition of H.C. Harriman and others, praying for an appropriation to repair that part of the Houlton and Baring Road, which passed through the Indian Township - read and referred to the Committee on STate Roads, in concurrence.

Petition of Jeremiah Curtis and others, inhabitants of Surrey, praying that fishways may be opened in said town - read and referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries, in concurrence.

Petition of inhabitants of the towns of Surry, praying that the Surplus Revenue may be distributed among the several towns in the State - read and referred to the Committee on the Surplus Revenue in concurrence.

Petition of John Dudley and others, inhabitants of the Talmadge and Wade townships, praying to be incorporated in to a town: Remonstrance of William Jellison and others, inhabitants of plantation No. 8. ( called Otis) in the County of Hancock against the petition of Asa Burrill and others, praying that said plantation may be incorporated into a town - read and referred to the Committee on Incorporation
