-"- of Samuel J. Foster and others, praying for a Charter for building booms on the Penobscot between M Mahon's falls and boombs Wharf in Bangor, severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to bail;

Bill to abolish imprisonment for debt; -"- additional respecting pounds and impounding beasts going at large or damage feasant and stray beasts;

Order relative to witness attending criminal prosecutions in other States; -"- relative to criminal prosecutions;

Petition of Manassah Sleeper and others, praying for the passage of an Act to regulate the fees for advertising and selling non resident lands, severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Petition of Timothy C. Ward and others, praying to be incorporated by the name of the Fryeburg Manufacturing Company, read and referred to the Committee on Manufactures.
