The Senate, on motion of Mr Johnson, reconsider their vote passing to be engrossed "Bill to regulate private booms on Kennebec River," and amend the printed Bill and order the same reengrossed as amended of which the House was informed by message and their concurrence requested.
Bill to incorporate the Thomaston Meadow Lime Rock Company, -"- additional for the preservation of fish in Penobscot river and its tributary streams, -"- further to regulate fees of County Attornies, Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to dispose of certain articles belonging to the State, -"- in favor of John Hodsdon -"- in favor of Robert Maxwell, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
Bill to incorporate the Bucksport Mill and Water Power Company, -"- additional regulating elections, -"- supplementary to an act for the relief of poor debtors (amended) Resolve authorizing the appointment of a Superintendent of Public Buildings, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. & [?] Concurred
