Resolve extending the time of an act for the encouragement of Agriculture and Horticulture (reported by Mr McIntire from the Committee on agriculture) was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred .

Bill additional for the punishment of felonious assaults and attempts to poison was read once and tomorrow at nine o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Megunticook Bank (laid on the table by Mr. Jewett) was read once and tomorrow at nine o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of locating and making a road from the forks of the Kennebec River to the Moosehead Lake came up form the House Indefinitely postponed. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed and postpone the same indefinitely, in concurrence.

Bill to encourage the destruction of crows (introduced in the House) was read once and indefinitely postponed, in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed Resolve for the relief of Solomon Littlefield and the same was finally passed.
