433 Resolve for finishing the Gunhouse in Eastport, in favor of Argyle plantation, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Pembroke Milling Company was read the second time; and the same, on motion of Mr Talbot was laid upon the table

Bill to incorporate the Perry Plaster Company amended to incorporate the Frankfort Commercial Hotel Association severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed.

Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Stillwater Manufactures Bank was read the second time and the question of passing the same to be engrossed was decided in the affirmative as follows to wit Yeas Messrs Benson Clark, Fish, Jarvis, Jewett, Johnson, Kelsey, Mantor, McIntire, Merrow, Robinson, Severance, Spear, Strickland, Talbot and Weeks - 16 Nays Messrs, Allen, Greene, Latham, Miller, Pierce, and Swift - 6 Sent down for concurrence.
