The Senate, on motion of Mr. Weeks, reconsider their vote of yesterday, refusing a passage to "Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Freeman's Bank in Augusta -- and the question of passing the same to be engrossed was decided in the affirmative, as follows to wit: Yeas. Messrs. Benson, Clark, Fish, Jarvis Jewett, Kelsey, Latham, Mantor, McIntire, Robinson, Severance, Spear, Talbot and Weeks ______ 14 Nays. Messrs. Greene, Miller, Pierce, Parrington and Staples _______ 5 Sent down for concurrence.
