394 The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed Bill prohibiting the emission and circulation of Bank Bills of a small denomination and certain others; and the question of passing the same to be enacted being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit, Yeas, Messrs, Allen, Clark, Fish, Frye, Greene, Jewett, Johnson, Kelsey, Latham, Mantor, McIntire, Merrow, Pierce, Spear, Staples, Strickland, Swift, Talbot and Weeks - 19 Nays.
