392 Bill to incorporate the Kirkland Canal and Rail Road Company reported by Mr Clark from the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, on petition of Winborn A Swett and others to incorporate the Frankfort Marine Railway Association reported by the same gentleman from the same Committee on petition of Benj Shaw and others to change the names of certain persons additional to an Act establishing salaries for Judges and Registers of Probate reported by Me Johnson from the Delegation of Somerset, on petition of Drummond Farnsworth and Cullen Sawtelle for the regulation of Innholders, Common Victuallers and other purposes, to establish the Ticonic Village Corporation (reported in the House by the Committee on the Judiciary, on petition of Timothy Boutelle and others) Resolve in favor of Elias Cobb (laid on the table by Mr Greene) in favor of Israel Davis and Jacob Russell (introduced in the House) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading
