Bill to incorporate the town of Kingsbury, Resolve directing the printing of certain documents, " on Col. Stephen H. Long's report on the routes proposed for a Rail Road from the Sea Board of Maine to the Canadian Frontier, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Petition of John S. Barrows and others praying for Charter to construct a Canal from Lovells pond to Sebago pond --- read and referred to the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, in concurrence.

Mr. Clark, from the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Roswell Fitts and others, Edward Smith and others, and notice to next Legislature, on petition of J. Ellsworth and others --- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Staples, from the Committee on Claims, reported leave to withdraw on petition of Nathan Stanley --- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Spear, from the Division and Alteration of Counties, reported leave to withdraw on petition of A.S. Patten and others --- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
