Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the Bangor and Old Town Railway Company (reported in new draft by Mr. Fish from the Penobscot Delegation to which said Bill had been referred) read once and ordered, on motion of Mr. Fish that 300 copies of the same be printed for the use of the Legislature.
Bill to incorporate the Frankfort Steam Mill, Wharf and Ware House Corporation came up from the House amended proposed to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.
Bill to incorporate the Augusta India Rubber Hat Committee was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Resolve for the date of land belonging to the Pasamaquoddy Indians was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
