The Committee on Banks and Banking, to which was referred the report of the Bank Commissioners, made a report - read and accepted in concurrence.

The report of the Committee on the Judiciary, to which was referred "Bill additional for the support and regulations of Mills," reported that said Bill ought not to pass - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
