Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to Bail, on motion of Mr. Purington, was taken up and Tuesday next ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
The Senate, on motion of Mr. Greene, reconsider their vote of yesterday whereby they, in concurrence with the House, recommitted the report on petition of Peter Adams and William Wentworth, nonconcur the House in their vote recommitting said report and adhere to their former vote accepting said report giving leave to said petitioners to withdraw their petitions. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
The Senate, on motion of Mr. Purington, reconsider their vote yesterday whereby they accepted the report giving leave to withdraw on petition of Denny McCobb and others, and recommit the same. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
