Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law providing for the payment of costs in criminal prosecutions as to authorize the County Commissioners to allow Justices of the Peace their taxable costs, where the person accused is acquitted - read and passed in concurrence,

Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on the Judiciary, to inquire if any alteration or amendment of the law for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers be necessary - read and passed in concurrence,

Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Joint Select Committee on Rules and Orders to inquire into the expediency of so altering the Rules as to provide for a Joint Standing Committee on Indian Affairs - read and passed in concurrence
