Bill to incorporate the Madaceunk Mill Company came up from the House amended. The Senate adopt the amendment proposed by the House and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as correctly engrossed. Bill defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations and the same was passed to be enacted

Bill additional to an Act to organize, dicipline and govern the Militia, on motion of Mr. Frye was taken up. The Senate reconsider their vote of the 24th instant, whereby they adopted the amendments proposed by the House and further amend the same. And while said Bill was under discussion the Senate

Adjourned.
