Bill to incorporate the proprietors of the Franklin Bridge was read the second time, and the same on motion of Mr. Talbot was ordered to lie on the table.

Bill additional to an Act to organize, dicipline [discipline] and govern the Militia was read the second time

The Senate adopt the amendment proposed by the House and further amend the same by adding a new Section and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, Send down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Maine Silk Culture and Manufacturing Company.

Bill to incorporate the Madaceunk Mill Company severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed.

Bill to incorporate the Lincoln Manufacturing Company and the same was passed to be - enacted -
