Messrs. Allen, Benson, Jewett, McIntire, Merrow, Pierce, Robinson and Severance - 8. Nays. Messrs. Clark, Fish, Frye, Greene, Kelsey, Latham, Miller, Purinton, Staples, Strickland, Swift and Talbot - 12. Said Resolve on motion of Mr. Latham was ordered to lie on the table.
