Mr. Talbot, from the Committee on Roads and Bridges reported reference to next Legislature on petition of John Anderson and others - Zadock Humphrey and others, and an order relative to the reduction of toll on the Back Cove Bridge; leave to withdraw on petition of Johnson Lunt and notice to next Legislature on petition of George Willis and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
