relative to bail, submitted with a report on the proceedings of the last Legislature, relative to the punishment of death and also on sundry petitions and memorials for the abolition of the same - by Mr Purinton from the Joint Select Committee on Capital Punishment - read and ordered, on motion of Mr. Purinton, that one thousand copies of the report with the Resolve be printed for the use of the Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.
