237. -suncook Company (reported by Mr. Miller from the Committee on Interior Waters on petition of Stephen Cummings and others;_ Resolve making an appropriation for the purchase of instruments and the prosecution of Survey under the direction of the Board of Internal Improvements (reported by Mr. Clark from the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals on the report of the Board of Internal Improvements; -"- in favor of Waldo plantation (reported in the House by the Delegation from Waldo, on petition of Henry Davidson and others;) -"- in favor of the town of Appleton (reported in the House by the same Delegation on petition of the Selectmen of Appleton; -"- in favor of William Dollard Jr. reported by Mr Latham from the Committee on State Roads on report of the Agent on Marshill Road -"- authorizing the County Commissioners for the County of Washington to locate a County Road over land belonging to the State (reported by the same Gentleman from the same Committee on petition of William Bugbee Jr. severally read once and to-morrow at ten o clock assigned for a second reading.
