Bill defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations came up from the House further amended and the same on motion of Mr Johnson was laid on the table.
Bill to establish the Penobscot River Rail Road Corporation was taken up and ordered on motion of Mr. Fish that 300 copies of the same be printed for the use of the Legislature.
Bill to establish the Frankfort, Bangor and Belfast Rail Road Corporation was taken up and ordered on motion of Mr Jarvis that 300 copies of the same be printed for the use of the Legislature.
