Bill to incorporate the Elm Grove Cemetery (reported in the House by the Committee on Parishes on petition of Sullivan Dwight and others) was read twice and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.
Bill to incorporate the Great Androscoggin Falls, Mill Dam Locks and Canal Company; -"- to incorporate the Frankfort Steam Company, severally read the second time and amended; and the same passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Bill to incorporate the Winnegance Mill Company; Bill altering an Act entitled an Act concerning Pounds, Beasts impounded and Stray Beasts, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Bill concerning Corporations, and the same was passed to be enacted.
