Bill to incorporate the Medomak Bank on petition of James R Groton and others; Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Merchants Bank Portland (on petition of President, Directors and Company of Merchant's Bank;) -"- the Capital Stock of the Washington County Bank on petition of Anson G. Chandler and others; -"- the Capital Stock of the Mercantile Bank of petition of Cyrus Goss and others; -"- the Capital Stock of the Exchange Bank on petition of the Directors of the Exchange Bank; -"- the Capital Stock of the Kenduskeag Bank on petition of the Directors of the Kenduskeag Bank; -"- the Capital Stock of the Manufacturers and Trader's Bank on petition of President, Directors, and Company of said Bank, severally read once, and the same on motion of Mr Purinton were ordered to lie on the table.
