Bill to alter and establish the dividing line between the towns of Montville and Freedom reported in the House by the Committee on Division of Towns on petition of Freedom and Montville: Resolve in favor of the Trustee of the town of Burlington (reported by Mr Fish from the Committee on State Lands on petition of the Trustees of the Ministerial and School funds in Burlington) read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.
On motion of Mr Jarvis. The Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday, passing to be engrossed as amended "Bill to incorporate the Umbagog Company" and further amend the same by striking out the amendment adopt yesterday and inserting an additional section in lieu thereof and the same, on motion of Mr Fish was ordered to lie on the table.
Bill additional respecting Manufacturing Companies was taken up - Mr Jarvis moved to strike our all after the enacting clause and insert "That all Manufacturing Companies exempted from taxation by the Act approved Feb 4th 1835, for the term of six years, hereafter incorporated, shall be exempted until April 1. 1841.
