Bill to incorporated the Great Androscoggin Falls, Mill Dam, Locks and Canal Company (reported by Mr Clark from the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals on petition of Edward Little and others; Resolve for the appointment of a Commissioner of the Insane Hospital (reported by Mr Jewett from the Joint Select Committee to which was referred so much of the Governor's Message as relates to the Insane Hospital, severally read and once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
Resolve allowing Treasurer compensation for Clerkhire was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
